The New World Residence is a middle-scale residential project located in Ilfov County, with proximity to the Pipera highway.

The creative process was based on the use of minimal yet sophisticated lines and shapes, aiming to produce a contemporary residential project that addresses the needs of each type of future resident. The palette of colours and materials selected contributes to the creation of a complex building that combines a new perspective for housing in the area but can also be easily assimilated by its surroundings.

The common space in the middle of the building was carefully designed to act as an inside yard for the residents and their families, offering both places to stay and relax and a recreation space for the children with a fully equipped playground.
